Moonee Valley Park is a development reshaping the Moonee Valley Racetrack and delivering both retail and residential buildings along the eastern boundary of the track.
The project is staged over a number of years and provides a new precinct close to the CBD, delivering the community with sporting parks and playgrounds located in the centre of the existing Moonee Valley Racecourse.
What we did
pitt&sherry were engaged by Hamton at the commencement of the project, providing geotechnical investigations and environmental services for feasibility into the construction of the site, before progressing into the detailed design for geotechnical, structural and hydraulic services.
pitt&sherry will continue to provide construction services through to project completion with the major design item a retaining wall over 425m in length and up to 9m high.
