Maning Avenue Apartments, situated in Sandy Bay, Tasmania presents 11 high-end apartments adjacent to a rivulet which will be upgraded as part of the works, providing leafy green and lush living. The apartments will span over 3 stories and are mix of 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom, all overlooking the rivulet and landscaped garden space.
